What you will do

• Create and deploy customer-facing content for digital and physical touchpoints.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to ensure consistent voice and tone.
• Lead documentation projects and drive medical, legal, and regulatory reviews.
• Refine website copy, patient support materials, and training documentation.
• Define and evolve standard communication practices across the organization.
• Ensure all content meets high-quality standards for reader comprehension and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 4+ years of experience in UX writing, technical writing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience working within a regulated document control environment.
• Advanced understanding of UX design principles and content strategy.
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote capacity based in Madison or Chicago.

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar UX design platforms.
• Experience working with data platforms and leveraging data sets.
