What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and high-quality outputs.
• Design questionnaires, sampling approaches, and analytical frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses including segmentation, drivers analysis, regression, conjoint, and forecasting.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, insightful narratives to drive client decision-making.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted consultative partnerships and providing commercially relevant recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in data interpretation, storytelling, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in quantitative research within an agency, consultancy, or client-side insights function.
• Strong hands-on expertise in quantitative research design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end quantitative projects, including clients, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market, and multicultural environments.
