What you will do

• Analyze research results to identify key insights and demographic trends, producing compelling reports.
• Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, including questionnaire design, scripting, and delivery.
• Lead account management efforts to understand client needs and advocate for best research practices.
• Collaborate with the New Business team to prepare quotations and proposals for prospects.
• Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence (CENX) to ensure efficient fieldwork and data processing.
• Mentor and manage 1-2 Research Executives on analytics and report writing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of market research experience within a research agency.
• Must be a Thai citizen.
• Solid expertise in research design, sampling, questionnaire scripting, and significance testing.
• Advanced statistical, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
