What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for Financial Services clients, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, and benchmarks.
• Conduct people interviews and facilitate workshops (workshop animation) to support discovery and alignment.
• Map processes and produce functional specifications based on findings.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and juniors as early as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars within business units.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, Management).
• Languages: Dutch is a must; French and English are required (trilingual).
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with ability to quickly build expertise.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize options into clear conclusions; autonomous and result-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France and The Netherlands).
