What you will do

• Lead engineering tasks for sales and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and standardize engineering tasks while identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE guidelines and internal company instructions.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve process performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform design reviews of supplier documentation to secure quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in plant and product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Evaporation and Ash Treatment engineering practices.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Shanghai.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
