Salary: $108,000 — $148,500 CAD

What you will do

• Structure and drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage complex interdependencies across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure delivery against objectives.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by maintaining deep involvement in team goals and providing clear status updates to leadership.
• Define program process flows and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and velocity.
• Influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Coach and mentor team members on methods and procedures for complex assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading cross-organizational programs.
• Proven track record of managing full program lifecycles, including scope changes and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate how programs align with organizational strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to management.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders (Directors, VPs) across disciplines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working on security-based applications or features.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA.
