TL;DR

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to drive enterprise partner success from pre-sales through long-term partnership.
  • Lead pre-sales technical discovery, solutioning, and architecture of payments and card programs.
  • Own post-sales integration planning, execution, troubleshooting, and partner communication.
  • Influence product and engineering roadmap based on partner and consumer needs.
  • Automate and standardize partner delivery through tooling, documentation, and repeatable patterns.
  • Improve technical documentation and partner-facing implementation guides.

Requirements

  • Experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, sales engineering, or similar technical client-facing roles.
  • Strong technical background in REST APIs, front-end technologies, and mobile/web SDKs.
  • Deep payments experience: understanding of payment networks, PSPs, and payment product architecture.
  • General knowledge of front-end and back-end development concepts.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, and balance partner needs with internal priorities.
  • Collaborative with strong cross-functional skills and process improvement track record.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B2C partner implementations.
  • Familiarity with data flows, identity/KYC, or risk/compliance in financial products.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and automation in technical workflows.
  • Track record in small, high-performing teams.
