What you will do

• Receive and inspect inbound non-inventory shipments, verifying against purchase orders and bills of lading.
• Document and record all received goods accurately within ERP and inventory management systems.
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
• Track usage trends and identify non-moving items to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to improve standard operating procedures.
• Maintain organized receiving areas and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems such as Netsuite or Highjump.
• Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, and quality management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
