What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of electronics commodities with a total direct material spend of approximately $45 million.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations and maintain primary commercial relationships with vendors.
• Analyze spend to identify opportunities for cost improvement, supplier consolidation, and material simplification.
• Execute budgetary cost reduction programs and generate analytics to support financial targets.
• Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies considering total landed cost, region of origin, and lead time.
• Monitor supplier performance against key metrics for cost, quality, and delivery via KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Inventory planning.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with global supply chains in an electronics environment, including complex BOMs and EOL component securing.
• Proficiency in MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Proven expertise in negotiation and contract development.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel to Tijuana, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM.
