What you will do

• Process electronic and manual customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Manage Government and Commercial Direct Orders, ensuring all GSA and specific requirements are met.
• Analyze critical documentation required for the processing of Direct Bill and Government orders.
• Collaborate with the dealer network and internal teams to resolve order errors efficiently.
• Utilize Order Entry Systems and ERP applications to ensure accurate order flow to Scheduling.
• Maintain deep understanding of products and internal processing workflows.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Two years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Technology/ERP applications such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or Baan LN.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in East Greenville, PA.
