What you will do

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Drive acquisition and onboarding of new key account merchants across Mindanao.
• Monitor portfolio metrics including NPV, risk levels, and financing volumes to ensure healthy growth.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Sales, and Risk teams to execute merchant requirements and campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits to POS locations to assess readiness and competitiveness.
• Prepare business reviews and provide market insights based on competitor activity.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations.
• Must be currently residing in Davao.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze account data to improve profitability and performance.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
