What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue and market penetration.
• Acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
• Implement effective Go-to-market, Business Development, and client retention strategies.
• Promote multi-asset trading products and the MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and report market trends to senior management.
• Build and manage a regional team to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, focusing on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel marketing.
• Experience in budgeting, budget controls, unit economics, and P&L management.
• Language proficiency: Filipino (required).
