Location: Onsite in Atlanta or Dallas Warehouse

What you will do

  • Directly manage and coach 6–8 Senior Account Managers, building a culture of ownership and proactive client management.
  • Own the P&L for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and margin health.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues such as inbound/outbound exceptions and inventory discrepancies.
  • Partner with Warehouse Operations, Trade/Compliance, and Product leadership to resolve systemic issues and advocate for the client.
  • Build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and training materials to scale team impact and reduce repeatable issues.
  • Report on team and portfolio performance to Fulfillment leadership, flagging risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing operational roles, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing a team of individual contributors.
  • Proven experience owning commercial outcomes for Enterprise-level accounts (preferably $5M+ annual revenue).
  • Ability to balance deep operational detail (e.g., ASN, DIMs discrepancies) with executive-level strategic presentations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Metabase dashboards.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and a track record of coaching account managers into strategic operators.
