What you will do

• Conduct site visits and consultations with manufacturing, operations, and warehouse leaders.
• Build strategic accounts and partnerships with manufacturing and distribution organizations.
• Present hirify.global’s platform and communicate its value to prospective clients.
• Create client onboarding roadmaps and establish success benchmarks.
• Research target markets, conduct outreach, and manage relationships through calls, email, and social media.
• Manage HubSpot CRM, track business development metrics, and collaborate with regional teams to grow the local market.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work in the office every day and visit local businesses each week.
• Strong communication, storytelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn, accept feedback, and deliver results.
• Experience in the workforce, including part-time work, internships, or early-career roles.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience working across operations, finance, supply chain, or engineering teams.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification.
• Background in operations, industrial engineering, process improvement, supply chain, or operations project management.
