World-Class Ops, SCM, IE, Mfg, CI, Lean Professionals (Manufacturing & Logistics)

Location: Charlotte, NC; 100% in-office work required, with local business visits each week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA.

What you will do

• Drive business development, account retention, revenue growth, and market expansion in the assigned district.
• Visit manufacturing, operations, and warehouse leaders to build strategic accounts and partnerships.
• Present hirify.global’s platform and communicate its value to potential clients.
• Create onboarding roadmaps and success benchmarks for new clients.
• Research target accounts, build brand awareness, and maintain client relationships through calls, email, and social media.
• Manage HubSpot and other business development tools, track metrics, conduct market research, and collaborate with the regional team.

Requirements

• Self-starter with demonstrated mastery of something, such as sport or music, and the ability to work industriously without extensive supervision.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to persuade using direct, plain language.
• Detail-oriented approach and the ability to break down complex problems using data.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally to drive growth.
• Workforce experience, including part-time work while at school or an internship.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the office every day and visit local businesses each week, with business visits taking less than 25% of the time.
• Must not have worked at or studied processes at a FAANG or other Silicon Valley-based company.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with diverse functional teams, including operations, finance, supply chain, and engineering.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification.
• Foundational experience in food service or retail operations; operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial engineering studies; or early-career experience in engineering, process improvement, supply chain and operations, production, manufacturing supervision, warehouse leadership, scheduling, production planning, program management, or project management.
