What you will do

• Guide the ongoing development of the brand system and oversee the brand guidelines site.
• Provide high-level art direction across all visual assets to ensure brand consistency and top-tier execution.
• Supervise and mentor a team of visual designers, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
• Lead capacity and capability planning to align team strengths with the project pipeline.
• Partner with Line of Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into result-driven visual strategies.
• Identify and implement emerging tools and skillsets, including AI-assisted design and interactive media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 8+ years of visual design experience, including 5 years of management experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of leading multi-channel campaigns and sophisticated corporate branding.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate design value and ROI to business stakeholders.
