What you will do
- Oversee and evolve the global visual identity, voice, and brand guidelines across digital, print, and experiential mediums.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia creators.
- Develop end-to-end creative directions for multi-channel initiatives, major product launches, and global events.
- Collaborate with Product, Demand Gen, and corporate communications to create high-conversion creative assets.
- Pitch creative visions to CXOs and maintain high-level stakeholder management across a matrixed organization.
- Integrate AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and scale enterprise production.
Requirements
- 12+ years of creative experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Background in high-growth SaaS, developer-tooling, or deeply technical B2B enterprise companies.
- World-class portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, digital/print design, and corporate storytelling.
- Operational proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
