What you will do

• Design across digital formats including email, social, display, web, and video support.
• Maintain brand integrity across all visual outputs for multiple university clients.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure full integration of visual and verbal assets.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Pencil, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to enhance production speed and iteration.
• Manage active workloads and project status within the internal management system.
• Contribute to QA processes to ensure all assets are technically accurate and brand-compliant.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong art direction and design craft across digital channels.
• Professional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-brand content production environments.
• Understanding of accessibility, email design specs, and digital production requirements.
• Experience with or genuine interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent briefs without losing quality or missing deadlines.
