What you will do
- Translate brand strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into engaging visual concepts and polished design solutions.
- Create designs for digital campaigns, ecommerce experiences, social media, advertising, and out-of-home marketing.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity system across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative leaders, copywriters, and marketing teams to create unified brand experiences.
- Present creative concepts and design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Support and guide external creative partners, including photographers, agencies, and freelancers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience in brand-driven, digital-first, or high-growth environments.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Expertise in visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and hierarchy.
- Must be based in the United States.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, branding, and campaign execution.
- Strong communication skills to explain creative rationale and incorporate feedback.
