What you will do

• Partner with the creative team to deliver high-quality design for digital campaigns, social content, and web experiences.
• Create visually compelling ads and social graphics to increase brand awareness and engage new audiences.
• Contribute to larger brand initiatives, including editorial content, strategic campaigns, and new creative projects.
• Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams to translate messaging into impactful visual assets.
• Maintain brand consistency through the application of strong typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Optimize creative workflows and output quality using Figma and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio of digital, brand, or marketing work.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and experience creating designs across static, motion, and web formats.
• Deep understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing digital campaigns, landing pages, and social media assets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
