What you will do

• Own and evolve the brand identity, including visual systems, typography, color frameworks, and brand guidelines.

• Create compelling product marketing assets, launch materials, and visual storytelling experiences.
• Build and scale the creative organization by hiring, mentoring designers, and managing external partners.
• Translate complex technical products into clear, engaging, and premium customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in brand, design, or creative leadership with ownership of company-wide initiatives.
• Proven track record of building or evolving a recognizable brand, preferably in a tech company.
• Experience leading and growing creative teams and managing agencies or contractors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality brand work across digital and physical experiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including motion design tools.
