What you will do

• Configure, implement, and maintain scalable marketing programs within Marketo.
• Provide end-user support for list imports, data management, and troubleshooting program errors.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Revenue Marketing teams on campaign strategy and post-campaign reporting.
• Manage the demand funnel, including lead scoring and lead lifecycle monitoring.
• Maintain key integrations between Marketo and platforms such as Salesforce, On24, and BrightTalk.
• Ensure email and SPAM compliance and manage privacy policy workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Automation roles.
• Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert (MCE) Certification required.
• Deep understanding of Marketo Admin and Salesforce.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining the Marketo-Salesforce integration.
• Strong reporting and data manipulation skills using Marketo Insights and Salesforce Reporting.
• Ability to leverage technology and AI to automate repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

• Adobe Marketo Engage Architect Master (MCSA) certification.
• Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
