What you will do

• Maintain a clean campaign hierarchy in Salesforce to ensure accurate channel and pipeline reporting.
• Administer and improve the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools.
• Design and iterate lead scoring and routing models to optimize speed-to-lead.
• Partner with RevOps and Data Analytics to model metrics and ensure data integrity across the funnel.
• Manage the marketing operations budget and monitor cost-effectiveness of initiatives.
• Support regional marketing leadership with dashboards and reporting for pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration expertise, specifically with campaign objects and hierarchies.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Proven experience in designing lead scoring models and routing logic.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
