What you will do

• Rotate through various departments, including Client Services, Sales, and Operations, over a 24-month period.
• Deliver operational support and assist with analysis and problem solving.
• Perform reporting and research tasks to support investment solutions.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to gain exposure to the functionality of a global investment firm.
• Develop foundational professional skills and networks under the guidance of managers and mentors.

Requirements

• Must be fully degree qualified by the end of 2026 from any discipline.
• Demonstrated excellent academic achievement.
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities, internships, or previous work experience.
• Strong interest in financial markets and understanding of the firm's investment philosophy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
