TL;DR
Finance Analyst (Finance): Bridging the gap between day-to-day finance operations and commercial reporting for the leadership team with an accent on profitability, margin analysis, and budget performance. Focus on preparing management reports, owning project financial tracking, and managing invoicing and AR processes.
Location: Hybrid or Remote (Must be based in the Philippines or Queensland, Australia)

What you will do
- Prepare company-wide and Service Line financial reporting, including revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin.
- Track budget performance and provide variance commentary to help leadership manage spend.
- Own project financial tracking and flag margin risks early for delivery course-correction.
- Manage end-to-end invoicing and Accounts Receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform bookkeeping pre-work, including transaction coding, journals, and reconciliations.
- Act as the primary finance point of contact for Service Line Directors, Delivery, and Operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a finance role spanning transactional operations and commercial analysis.
- Experience in IT services, technology consulting, or a professional services business.
- Proven ability to prepare management reporting for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of bank reconciliations, transaction coding, journals, and AR.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Xero and professional services PSA or project-costing tools.
- CPA/CA qualification or progress toward completion.
