What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise and prove out use cases for the platform.
- Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
- Manage the transition from trials to successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers to improve discovery, demo, and POC quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to share field feedback and guide product direction.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales business intelligence or data analytics.
- Required: B2B SaaS pre-sales experience focusing on net new logo acquisition.
- Deep expertise with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and dbt.
- Strong SQL skills for analytics.
- Exceptional consultative communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Location: Must be based anywhere in the US
Nice to have
- Prior experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Sisense.
