What you will do

• Collaborate with retail and manufacturing customers to identify AI opportunities for transformative value.
• Facilitate scoping workshops including process mapping, value calculations, and technical overviews.
• Conduct high-quality, narrative-driven technical demonstrations of the end-to-end platform.
• Support enterprise architecture considerations for proposals involving CIOs and CDOs.
• Create detailed technical scoping documents, delivery timelines, and configuration plans.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence continuous product and GTM evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience in mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Background in data analytics, digital/SaaS business, or the retail/manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations.
• Experience guiding customers through complex digital transformation and change management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing AI environment.
