What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership to provide technical expertise and prove use cases for strategic and complex opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for large enterprise evaluations.
• Mentor the Solutions Engineering team and establish best practices for discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to influence the roadmap based on field observations and patterns.
• Represent the organization in strategic, executive-level customer conversations.
• Coordinate the smooth transition from trial phases to successful customer onboarding with post-sales teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pre-sales business intelligence experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and transformation tools (dbt).
• Proven track record of leading technical evaluations and POCs with senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
• Experience mentoring other Solutions Engineers and shaping team-wide technical practices.
• Strong SQL skills for performing analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with BI and enterprise data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Sisense.
