What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline from scratch across ecommerce and BFSI accounts via outbound prospecting and partner channels.
- Lead discovery conversations to identify high-impact AI use cases such as personalization, fraud detection, and risk modeling.
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic deals ranging from $250K to $5M+, from initial outreach to final agreement.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
- Collaborate with internal architects and engineers to co-create technical transformation programs that win on substance.
- Develop business cases focused on outcomes like compliance cost reduction, fraud loss containment, and conversion rate lift.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a focus on ecommerce, retail, banking, financial services, or insurance.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Demonstrated track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals in the specified verticals.
- Fluency in industry-specific business drivers such as churn, fraud loss, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
- Technical credibility in AI, data platforms, or cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
