What you will do

• Assemble complex PCBAs using reflow soldering and perform rework during board bringup.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Operations teams to improve component accounting and tracking.
• Develop and implement test strategies to collect data for sensor comparison and debugging.
• Provide design, assembly, and debug assistance across multiple hardware projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of organizational approaches for new hardware assemblies.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in electronics design, mechanical design, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in PCB SMD and THT soldering, rework, and oscilloscope use.
• Ability to read and debug electrical schematics.
• Basic coding experience in Python, C, and C++.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Somerville, MA

Nice to have

• Experience with Zephyr RTOS.
• IPC Soldering Certifications.
• Six Sigma or similar Certifications.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory tracking.
• Experience with PCB contract manufacturers and Box Build CMs.
