What you will do

• Design, implement, and test AI-centered solutions for embedded systems and development workflows.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI tools.
• Develop communication strategies to drive AI tool adoption across engineering teams.
• Evaluate and select AI deployment architectures (cloud, on-premise, edge) based on system constraints.
• Mentor and train developers and end-users on developed AI solutions.
• Manage priorities within the development team and lead resolution of complex, multi-component failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience with AI technology, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in embedded C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with software test frameworks (GoogleTest, PyTest) and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and debuggers such as Lauterbach or GDB.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for domestic relocation; Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with RTOS (AUTOSAR) and Linux systems (ROS2).
• Knowledge of functional safety standards and Virtual Product Development.
• Experience with Vector tools (Canape, Canalyzer), Wireshark, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
