What you will do

• Execute communication strategies to elevate Sphere experiences in the Las Vegas market.
• Develop customer-facing campaigns to maintain a steady drumbeat of coverage for events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sphere Studios, marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to support business goals.
• Lead strategic media outreach and serve as a company spokesperson when required.
• Secure high-profile media opportunities and speaking engagements for company executives.
• Lead a high-performing internal communications team and manage external agencies.

Requirements

• Based in Burbank, CA
• 7 to 10 years of relevant PR and media experience with strong top-tier outlet relationships.
• Expertise in crisis management and developing strategic communication plans.
• Confidence in guiding senior leaders through announcements in high-pressure settings.
• Proven experience working within a matrix organization.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
