Manager, Strategic Communications

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Develop and execute communications strategies for Product, Technology, and Decision Sciences initiatives.
• Write communications materials, including plans, press releases, FAQs, talking points, speeches, and presentations.
• Support executive speaking engagements and awards strategy, including opportunity research, submissions, calendar management, and travel support.
• Manage press inquiries and build relationships with technology, trade, business, and consumer reporters.
• Collaborate with communications colleagues and cross-functional teams on major company milestones.
• Track media, streaming, and technology trends while maintaining communications calendars, timelines, SharePoint, Airtable, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing press relationships, with sound media judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work confidently with senior executives and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
