Corporate Communications VP

Location: Santa Ana, California, United States; based at TTM's headquarters

Salary: $106,464–$425,856 per year, with an annual or quarterly bonus potentially applying.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for employees, investors, media, and the public.
• Advise the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and broader C-suite on messaging, reputation management, executive positioning, speeches, and media preparation.
• Act as the primary corporate spokesperson and lead media relations, press briefings, interviews, crisis communications, and earned-media strategies.
• Own press releases, corporate editorial calendars, official statements, media kits, bylines, FAQs, and other corporate content.
• Lead internal communications and employer-branding initiatives across employee, recruiting, and external employer platforms.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, HR, and Operations on financial, regulatory, and corporate communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing media relations and serving as a corporate spokesperson.
• Experience supporting executives with communications strategy and media preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, editorial judgment, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Understanding of investor relations, public-company communications, SEC disclosure requirements, and crisis communications.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or complex enterprise environment.
• Combined agency and in-house corporate communications experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, or similar employer-branding platforms.
• Background in regulated or technology-intensive industries such as electronics, semiconductor, defense, or aerospace.
