What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the loading of trucks and containers according to operational priorities.
• Organize shipments and manage courier bookings and coordination.
• Prepare transport and customs documentation for domestic, European, and non-EU shipments.
• Support import/export customs procedures and coordinate inspection activities.
• Manage daily and monthly invoicing related to shipping operations.
• Oversee the return and reverse logistics process to ensure full traceability of goods.
