What you will do

• Lead integrated operations for Customer Service (CS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Own the end-to-end process from order entry and sourcing through customs, inventory, and outbound shipment.
• Manage SCM Inbound activities, including sourcing, product registration, and compliance (CCA Review, COO).
• Oversee SCM Outbound operations, including inventory accuracy, warehouse stock-takes, and 3PL/forwarder management.
• Directly manage the CS/SCM team, handling work allocation, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and dealers to coordinate orders, invoicing, and settlement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• Hands-on experience in both SCM Inbound (sourcing/import/customs) and Outbound (inventory/logistics/shipment).
• Proven experience in people management and direct team leadership.
• Strong understanding of import/customs compliance, including HS Codes and KC certification.
• 8+ years of experience across CS and SCM, including supervisory responsibility.
• Fluent English (written & verbal) required for global reporting and HQ communication.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or professional certification in SCM or logistics.
• Experience working within a multinational matrix organization.
• Specialized experience in 3PL management and inventory optimization (Aged/E&O).
