What you will do

• Manage carrier portfolio and oversee daily transport deployments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and drive department KPIs regarding delivery quality, punctuality, and equipment availability.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and carriers regarding volumes and schedules.
• Procure and negotiate ad-hoc transport capacity during volume spikes.
• Maintain and update the transport management system for data reliability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in first-mile logistics processes.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or transport operations.
• German: B2 level or above required.
• English: Business-fluent required.
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
