What you will do

• Own the customer order lifecycle from Sales handover through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate production and timelines with suppliers, printers, and manufacturers.
• Manage inventory issues and backorders, identifying alternative solutions when necessary.
• Oversee artwork approvals, mockups, and the preparation of production-ready files.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for production partners and suppliers.
• Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
• Previous experience in project coordination, production, operations, supply chain, or order management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Barcelona for hybrid work.

• Experience working directly with suppliers or production partners.
• Basic knowledge of artwork, printing, branding, or customization processes.
