What you will do
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with retail and aftermarket locations across a multi-state territory.
- Promote 's product solutions to both direct and indirect customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve KPIs and catalyze profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal product, pricing, engineering, and marketing teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Represent the voice-of-the-customer and monitor competitor activities.
- Conduct product presentations for purchasing and sales representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in aftermarket light vehicle or similar industry sales.
- Knowledge of driveline products within the Light Vehicle industry.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and work non-traditional hours.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
