What you will do

  • Manage and build relationships with 30-40 assigned dealers, operators, and regional offices to achieve common goals.
  • Analyze customer data and observations to improve service experience and build customer loyalty (CSI performance, lead close rates).
  • Develop and analyze marketing and merchandising plans in line with OEM brand direction and market trends.
  • Consult with dealerships to grow fixed operations and maximize the OEM Parts program to reach sales goals.
  • Prepare data-driven agendas and presentations for remote dealer contacts to address revenue and retention priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Dallas, TX area mentioned).
  • Proven experience in delivering data-driven presentations to dealership management.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Previous experience in customer service and creative problem resolution.
