Salary: $80,408.00 – $114,868.00 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business partner to drive account growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify and create targeted growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular retailer visits to support sales initiatives and ensure execution of sell-out priorities.
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing to provide insights that strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • Manage territory operations, including reporting and tracking business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales, customer development, or account management.
  • Must be based in Atlantic Canada.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business data.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the tire industry or a related market.
  • Proficiency in French.
