What you will do

• Drive velocity and teamwork by optimizing engineering sprints and maximizing team efficiency and collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to establish clear project goals and track progress against high-bar delivery plans.
• Lead and optimize core agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs.
• Manage the product backlog, organizing bugs and feature requests into prioritized workstreams.
• Identify and escalate risks early and resolve operational bottlenecks through new processes.
• Translate customer and commercial priorities into technical engineering impact and realistic timelines.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project/program management or product development experience.
• Experience driving a program from prototype to maturity at an enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of successful TPM process implementation in engineering organizations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Mountain View, California.
