Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys across all experience levels.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Active bar license in the state of practice (Texas required).
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including trial and deposition preparation.
• Ability to manage full case responsibilities and all facets of discovery.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
