What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SE strategy for database-focused customer engagements across the EMEA region.
• Conduct online and on-site demonstrations of hirify.global database solutions, including DPA and SQL Sentry.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to assess customer database infrastructure and recommend performance improvements.
• Design and execute complex Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) engagements in multi-database environments.
• Provide expert technical advisory to Account Executives and Channel Partners to drive revenue growth.
• Relay structured customer feedback, feature requests, and competitive intelligence to Product Management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or database administration.
• Deep expertise in one or more databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proven experience with cloud database services such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL.
• Must be based in the UAE to support the region.
• Fluent English speaker with exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as Azure Database Administrator, Oracle Certified Professional, or AWS Database Specialty.
• Experience with database DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DBRE methodologies.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
• Experience managing RFI/RFP/RFx processes.
