What you will do

• Analyze functional capabilities of existing APIs and document requirements for FE and REST API as user stories.
• Model domain areas, business processes, and service interactions using UML (sequence, activity, and use case diagrams).
• Lead AI discovery phases with stakeholders, defining end-to-end architecture from data to UI.
• Select appropriate AI/ML approaches (classic ML, LLM, or hybrid RAG) and define technical and business success metrics.
• Prepare detailed solution documentation, including High-Level Architecture (HLD) and data flow diagrams.
• Define non-functional requirements such as latency, security, and scalability for MVP scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a System Analyst.
• Expertise in AI/LLM domains, including chatbots, document processing, and copilots.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in prompt design, evaluation, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience designing microservice-based solutions, API integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
