eDiscovery Analytics Lead (Relativity)

Salary: $89,301.33–$121,194.66 per year

What you will do

• Provide electronic discovery technical, strategic, and legal support for complex federal cases.
• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity, including Active Learning, searches, indexes, workflows, permissions, and Case Dynamics.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing productions comply with ESI specifications and document production deficiencies.
• Generate statistical reports covering collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Create PowerShell scripts and support Case Map and Text Map databases while advising on technology and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least five years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience on complex, large-scale cases.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery processes and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced front-end and back-end Relativity knowledge, including hands-on Active Learning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts and manage eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Undergraduate degree and strong written, verbal, planning, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be a United States Citizen.

Nice to have

• Law degree, technical certification, or another relevant graduate degree.
• In-depth Case Map and Text Map experience and scripting for workflow improvements or data manipulation.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
