Salary: $270,000–$290,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Define and lead preconstruction strategy and scalable delivery models for hyperscale and AI deployments.
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence focusing on power availability, utility coordination, and long-term scalability.
• Coordinate early-stage design for campus master planning, high-density layouts, and liquid cooling readiness.
• Establish disciplined cost models and schedules to balance cost, speed, and scalability.
• Ensure seamless project handoff to construction teams with fully defined scope and permit-ready documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external utilities to secure power and project approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in preconstruction, development, or construction leadership for data centers or large-scale industrial projects.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale or campus-style multi-phase developments.
• Deep expertise in power-driven site selection, due diligence, and cost estimation.
• Ability to travel 30% or more based on business needs.
