Location: Must be based in or near Campbell, CA, with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day operations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and wellness programs.
- Create workforce dashboards and analyze data to drive operational improvements.
- Design and implement scalable HR processes, including the integration of AI-powered automation tools.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive HR Generalist or Operations experience.
- Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, specifically California compliance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week at the Campbell, CA headquarters.
- Experience managing benefits, compensation, and immigration/visa processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS and data reporting.
- Flexibility to participate in occasional evening meetings with international teams.
Nice to have
- International HR experience supporting employees in Canada, the U.K., and EMEA.
- Experience with AI-driven People Operations solutions.
- Experience working within or transitioning from a PEO model.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar professional certification.
