What you will do
- Own the end-to-end new hire experience, including offers, background checks, and orientation.
- Manage offboarding processes, including system updates and COBRA administration.
- Maintain accuracy in people systems and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation.
- Support the recruiting team with scheduling, reference checks, and onsite interviews.
- Assist with equity, payroll administration, and employment verifications.
- Administer training programs through the Learning Management System.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a People Operations role with exposure to onboarding and HRIS.
- Strong technical proficiency with HR systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Sharp attention to detail and high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work at a fast, adaptable pace.
- Experience with tools like HRIS, ATS, Google Suite, and AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Tech/SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with Rippling, Lattice, Greenhouse, and NectarHR.
