Human Resources Coordinator

What you will do

• Monitor and respond to the HR email inbox, providing support for payroll, benefits, and leaves.
• Manage incoming mail and ensure timely handling of all HR correspondence.
• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 processing and background investigations.
• Partner with the Benefits Manager to coordinate wellness programs and open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate logistics for in-office events, trainings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation, personnel records, and track contingent worker data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working in an HR or recruiting team.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional etiquette.
• Must be able to work onsite at the San Mateo, CA headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or Greenhouse.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
