What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy for major interoperability initiatives and prioritize investments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into a clear product roadmap and strategic narratives.
- Navigate interoperability standards and regulatory considerations to ensure long-term platform success.
- Own the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Develop reusable services and scalable platform capabilities to provide leverage across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare tech, APIs, or data exchange solutions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability, EHR integrations, and provider/payer ecosystems.
- Experience with interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, identity management, and data mapping.
- Technical proficiency in system architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
